My favorite salad

Hey guys! :) Since the green smoothie recipe was very well received  I decided to share one for a salad I usually eat for dinner or as a snack :)

It's super simple, all you need is:

endive, tomatoes, feta cheese, salt and pumpkin seed oil (you can add vinegar but I don't really like it so I skip it).

You can use as much or as little of each ingredient as you want. Personally I go easy on the cheese and oil, but go crazy with tomatoes (it's even better if you use cherry tomatoes).

You can eat it with bread if you want, I usually skip it, mostly because I'm too lazy to slice it (and whenever I try to, I just end up massacring the poor loaf!).

So there you go - simple, healthy and too delicious to pass up.
