Super Easy Breakfast

I'm baaaaaaaaaack!!

Sorry I've been gone for so long, I have no idea what happened...

Anywaaaaay I thought I'd share another one of my favorite ''recipes''. If you're like me and hate spending time in the kitchen (especially cleaning haha) you're gonna love this one. It's absolutely idiot proof - proven by the fact that I can make it.

I mean, you can only eat cereal for so long before it gets boooooring as f....



Honestly, I hate eating breakfast. I know it's the most important meal of the day and all that hooplah but I haaaaate it. I mean when I wake up at 6am all I really feel like doing is going back to bed and I definitely don't feel like cooking. Buuut, I have to. I don't function without breakfast so I always eat at least an apple. Occasionally I have a bit more time on my hands so I eat a normal breakfast which takes at least 15min (I have absolutely no kitchen skills whatsoever!) and you have to wash stuff and bleh!! We all usually end up eating cereal which is full of sugar and other jucky things we don't want in our body so I chose to stop eating it all together. I eat this almost every morning instead.

Here's what you'll need:

Greek yogurt (or regular, I just prefer greek), ground flaxseed and some fruit (I love using banana or persimmon - berries would work well too).
Cut up the banana (please get someone to help you if - like me - you can't work with a knife) and mix it with everything else. That's it.

It's really delicious, healthy, it takes less than 5 minutes to make and all you have to wash is a bowl, a knife and a spoon. Does it get any better??
