Healthy Vegetable Snack

Hey guys!!

So Easter holidays are over and we all ate waaaaay to much, which gave me the idea for this post.
This is very easy to make, healthy and delicious.

It's hummus with raw vegetables.

Basically I love watching movies and I love snacking while I watch them, but you know...a bag of chips every night really isn't all that healthy :P

So I started coming up with alternatives and this is one of my favorite ones.

What you're gonna need

For the hummus: A tin of chickpeas, some lemon juice, a glug of olive oil, some coriander or parsley, a clove of garlic and some salt and pepper.

Drain the chickpeas and put them in a food processor. Add all of the other ingredients and blend it until it's completely smooth (ask somebody to help you if you're not sure how to use a food processor).

Then you're gonna need some raw vegetables. Personally I went for peppers, a cucumber, a carrot and radish.

Chop them up the way you like it (or have somebody do it for you).

And after that you can eat! :P It's very healthy, quick and simple.

Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
