I've been doing so many reviews lately that I thought it might be nice to show you how I like to use all the stuff I own. Here's my first Face Of The Day.
Hope you like it :)
I was supposed to go out last night and I was really excited to do my makeup, but my friend had to cancel and since I still really felt like doing some full-on makeup I naturally did a full face of makeup with a smokey eye and eyeliner just to go out for ice cream. Because why not ;)

I started of by using the ZOEVA Matte Eyeshadow Fix all over my eyelids. I prefer doing my eyeshadow first because I avoid retouching my foundation that way.
I used the Too Faced Boudoir Eyes palette and the Essence All About Nude eyeshadow palette.
First I stuck some tape from my lower lash line to the end of my brow to make sure I got a really crisp and precise line. I applied Fuzzy Handcuffs in and above my crease as a transition shade and then I packed on a ton of Lap Dance on the inner two thirds of my lid using the Zoeva 234/smokey shader. I used shade 6 from the Essence palette in the outer corner and blended into the crease (using the Zoeva 227/soft definer). Then I mixed French Tickler and Voulez-Vous from the Too Faced palette and darkened up my outer corner even more. I lined my lower lash line very thinly with French Tickler and blended it out with Voulez-Vous which gave a gorgeous smoky effect.
I lined my eyes using the AVON SuperShock Gel Eyeliner in Black (the tape really helps me to get an even line every time). I drew a rough line with the pencil and then blended it out with the Zoeva 230/pencil brush and the Essence angled eyeliner brush. I highlighted my brow bone with In The Buff and my inner corner with the first shade in the Essence palette.
I then removed the tape and sharpened up the eyeliner where it was needed and cleaned up any fall out.
I applied my Esteé Lauder Double Wear foundation (shade 2W2 Rattan) using a damp sponge and applied the Bourjois CC eye cream (shade 23 Golden Beige) under my eyes. I set everything with the Catrice All Matt plus powder (shade 030 Warm Beige) and then bronzed up my skin with the Max Factor Bronzing powder in the shade 01 Golden. I highlighted with my Catrice Prime and Fine highlighting powder (shade 010 Fairy Dust).
On my lips I first applied the Essence Longlasting Lipstick in the shade 07 Natural Beauty, but it was a bit too pink so I applied shade 06 Barely There! on top of it and it became the perfect pinky nude shade.
And here's the after math of this whole adventure:
