NEW Catrice Satin Stay Eyeshadows & Liners

Hey guys!!

I have no willpower whatsoever.

These are new cream to powder eyeshadows from Catrice. They're new additions to the permanent line and I couldn't help but put them to the test ;)

The claim is that these are long-lasting cream eyeshadows and eyeliners with a powdery finish and brush applicator for easy application.

First, let's look at the swatches!!

Left to right: 060 Nothing Else MUDders, 050 Love Me Lavender, 020 Beigá-Vu

020 Beigá-Vu is a metallic beige, very cool-toned.
050 Love Me Lavender is an intense purple taupey lavender shade with sliver glitter. Great for a smokey eye.
060 Nothing else MUDders is a dark brown with gold glitter.

And do I have to mention the names again?
As you can see, the colors are really intense!! It doesn't really show on camera, but IRL they're super metallic!!
As far as easy application goes...not really... I tried using the brush applicator and made a mess every single time. It applied way too much product (even if I took most of it off the brush) and it applied unevenly. The thick layer also made the product crease so much faster, because it couldn't set properly.
So, after three failed attempts, I decided to apply it with a regular eyeshadow brush (I put some of the shadow on a clean surface and worked from there). I found that applying two thin layers gave me a much prettier look and it lasted much longer because I let it set between layers.
You could use these as liners, but use a separate eyeliner brush.

The colors themselves are simply gorgeous and the shine is mesmerizing.
They cost around 4€ in Slovenia and you can get them in most well stocked drugstores.
