You know I had to buy the second one as well ;)
I love finding drugstore dupes for high-end eyeshadow palettes, especially when the quality is as great as with Makeup Revolution palettes.
If you're interested in reading my review of the Iconic Pro 1, you can find it here.
The top row has 8 completely matte shades, while the bottom row is full of shimmery and metallic colors. It's a total dupe for the Lorac Pro 2, however I'm not sure if the quality is up to par.
TOP ROW: Paper - off white, Chase - warm light brown, Smooth - taupe, New-Tral - peach,
One Way - warm purple, New Rules - dark navy, Grey Day - grey, Sudden - very dark brown
So here's the deal. I love the Iconic Pro 1 and I cannot stop using the Flawless palette, but this really left me wanting more. The matte shades aren't as creamy as I've come to expect (I had to reapply Sudden three times to get it to what you see in the photo) and the lighter shimmery shades are sort of chunky. You could still work with them, but honestly, compared to other Makeup Revolution palettes that I own, this one was kind of a let down.
It's not bad by any means, you can build up the colors and the shimmery shades apply well with fingers, but that's just added work and we all know that they can do better!!
There is always the possibility that I got a bad batch, which would suck even more!!
I do however promise to post several looks with this ;)
