Collection Concealer - Worth The Hype??

Hey guys!

I bought this concealer in October and I've been determined to put it to the test, because it seems that everyone loves it so much and I had to see if it was truly worth the hype!

Don't get me wrong, it's a decent concealer, but considering how much everyone raves about it, my expectations were definitely high. Perhaps a bit too high.
It seems that the people who were hyping it up forgot to mention one small little detail - it's amazing CONSIDERING THE PRICE.

And I absolutely agree with that, I believe I paid somewhere around £2 for it and yes, once you consider that it really seems like the most amazing concealer there ever was.
But once you look at the concealer by itself, it suddenly becomes quite average.
It comes with a doe-foot applicator and I believe there are 3 shades available, I use shade 3 warm medium.

It lasted around 4-5 hours under my eyes and it offered medium coverage (I only have dark circles when I don't get enough sleep), while many bloggers claimed that it lasts all day and makes you look pretty much flawless.

I realize that everyone's skin is different and that it may last all day on some people, but I generally don't have issues with longevity when it comes to my under-eye area and I definitely noticed some creasing after 4-5 hours. It was nothing major, but disappointing nonetheless.

I honestly expected to be blown away, but I have to say that I would much rater pay those extra couple for Euros and buy something like the Maybelline Eraser or the Revlon Colorstay Concealer. They're both still very affordable and last much better.

If you're on a really tight budget or are just starting to get into makeup, I would say go ahead and buy it, it's definitely a decent concealer and gets the job done, just not as well as some of the slightly more expensive ones. I don't think it's bad, just not necessarily worth the hype.

Have you tried it for yourself? What were your thoughts on it?
